15-Minute Wellness Yoga Practice
One of the major excuses that most students give for not having a home practice is the lack of time. As yoga practitioners, we tend to think that if we don’t have a full hour to an hour and a half to practice, then it’s not worth practicing and we won’t get any benefit out of only a few minutes. The truth is a few minutes at home on a regular basis, with very simple moves, can be powerful and more efficient that an irregular “full” practice in a studio setting!
So why not giving it a shot? Here’s a simple sequencing for all ages, all shapes, all times of the day, that will require a maximum of 15 minutes of your time. You don’t need a lot of space, fancy clothes, a special mat, music, incense etc. You just need yourself and the willingness to spend quality time with you. Practice it for a few days in a row; check how you feel, and decide if it’s worth incorporating this little tool in your daily life. And please, give me some feedback!
I personally drew this yoga asana chart for one of my students, and am sharing it here with you. Feel free to share it with your friends, family and anyone that needs a little shot of wellness in their life.
You may right-click to download and save the chart on your computer;)
